You and your partner will choose two characters and a dispute that is in the text. You and your partner should choose opposing sides and each write a paragraph in the voice of the chosen character explaining your character's position. The paragraph should be directed toward your partner's character. Use points that the characters use in the text as well as some that they may not. Keep in mind that you should try to use the same type of language that your characters use.
